Practice makes perfect! Perfecting a technique takes time, especially when you’re new to something. Make sure that you recap on your pull up technique, to ensure you’re getting the most from this compound exercise.

A few tips from us

  • If you’re struggling to complete a set of pull ups try the assisted pull up machine. This will make the exercise slightly easier for you and it I’ll ensure your form is correct
  • Still struggling? Consider a personal trainer who will be able help you out on a one-to-one basis
