About our courses

All of our courses have been developed with health and fitness experts to meet the requirements of the industry. Once you qualify, you’ll have everything you need to start a career as a successful personal trainer, straight away.

With 19 academies across the country and courses starting every two weeks, enrolling on a programme that suits you couldn’t be easier.

Once you’re on a Training Room course, you’ll receive hands-on support from our team of highly experienced fitness tutors. After graduation, we’ll guarantee you interviews with some of the country’s top health and fitness organisations, including David Lloyd Health Clubs, Esporta Health Clubs, Fitness First, LA Fitness and Mark Warner Holidays.

  • Once enrolled, you’ll be assigned your own individual career advisor who will tailor your training to suit your specific needs
  • You don’t need to have any qualifications or previous experience to train with us
  • We can help to cover the cost of your course fees through our funding programme
  • Newly qualified personal trainers earn between £20K and £30K in their first year of full-time work

Who’s eligible?

We consider all applications and have worked with everyone from college-leavers and ex-servicemen to graduates and those not currently in employment. Our funding programme means we can even help to cover the cost of your course fees.
