Take the Suspension Training Module at The Training Room
Working as a Personal Trainer is much more rewarding when you have a variety of skill sets to offer your clients. The more skills you have, the wider the array of clients you can add to your roster.
At The Training Room we can help you achieve a comprehensive range of additional qualifications, alongside our fitness and personal training courses; one of which is the Suspension Training Module.
Suspension training is a form of exercise which involves the use of a system of ropes and webbing, allowing you to work against your own body weight to target different muscle groups. The introduction of modern suspension training equipment, which is easy to set up and transport, has made this method of training ever more popular with health and fitness enthusiasts.
This growth in popularity makes this qualification a highly useful string to add to your bow, so it’s well worth considering.
