Taking Part on the Course
This course is available to all those who have attained a L2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing, which is taught during our intensive six week fast track training programme, as well as on our part time and eLearning programmes.
The course takes just one day to complete, and there isn’t any reading required before taking part. The day will consist of a short practical observation, followed by the completion of a written worksheet (found in the Learning Achievement File), which will then need to be submitted during the course. You will then be assessed during a short practical observation, where you’ll be able to demonstrate the skills you have acquired during the day, by planning and delivering a structured kettlebell training session. There will also be a question and answer worksheet covering the basic principles that will be taught on the day.
Following the successful completion of the course, you’ll be awarded with 8 REPs points.
