- Once you have submitted a payment using our portal we do not have the ability to cancel it.
- Your payment will be applied to your account within 2 working days – as such there is no statutory refund period.
- If for any reason you require a refund, we will consider the details of your request and any offer of a refund will be entirely at our discretion.
